    I am a Retired Air Force Veteran and have over 30 years in the Law Enforcement and Security Industry.  I have been an Instructor of various topics for over 20 years.  I am a Certified NRA Instructor and Chief Range Safety Officer, Certified Trainer for Private Protective Services, Certified Chemical Spray Instructor and State Certified Enhanced Permit Instructor.

    I have a background in Corrections and Security.  I also have a background in computers and IT.  I have been an Instructor for over 5 years and am well schooled in various handguns.    I am a Certified NRA Instructor and Range Safety Officer, Assistant Trainer for Private Protective Services and State Certified Enhanced Permit Instructor.

    I have been in Law Enforcement since 1991 and retired from Rocky Top Police Department.   I am a Certified Instructor for Firearms, Taser, Baton and De-Escalation.    I am also a Certified Trainer for Private Protective Services in those same areas.

    Required training to carry any chemical spray as a Security Officer in Tennessee.  Class is scheduled as needed.

    All Programs

    Basic Safety Fundamentals $60

    Learn the basic  safety for carrying your firearms under the new Tennessee Law.  Class is ideal for couples or small groups.  Includes Range Time.

    Class time: 4 hours maximum

    Requires handgun, hearing and eye protection.  Minimum of 50 rounds of ammunition.

    Advanced Fundamentals of Handguns $100

    Learn the Advanced Fundamentals for safely carrying and drawing your concealed firearm.  This class is designed for those people who want to learn proper technique for drawing from their concealed carry holster. 


    Requires handgun, eye and hearing protection with at least 100 rounds of ammunition.

    Class time: 2 hours

    Handgun Cleaning $50

    Learn how to properly breakdown and clean your handgun.  This is a 1-2 person class.  

    Class time: 1 hour

    Unarmed Security $70

     This class is required by the State of Tennessee to work as an Unarmed Security Officer.  Learn the basics of Unarmed Security to get you started in your Security career.  This is also required as Part One of the Armed Security Training.   


    Class time: 4 hours

    Armed Security $130

    This class is required by the State of Tennessee to work as an Armed Security Officer.  A continuation of your Security Training covering all your requirements to work as an Armed Security Officer.  Class also covers Range Training and Qualification.  
    Requires handgun, holster,  eye and hearing protection and 50 rounds of ammunition for each firearm qualifying with.  
    $10 each additional firearm 


    Class time: 12 hours

    Armed Security Re-Certification $70

    This class covers the requirements for current Armed Security Officers who require re-certification to renew their Armed certification.  

    Class time: 4 hours

    Church Safety/Security Class $60

    This class will provide the knowledge needed to evaluate your church's security needs.  It covers planning and setting up a Safety Team for your services.   

    Class time: 2 hours

    Baton Training $60

    This class covers the requirements for carrying of an expandable baton for Security Officers.

    Class time: 4 hours

    Chemical Spray $60

    This class covers the requirements for carrying of Chemical Spray whether you are Security or Law Enforcement.

    Class time: 4 hours

    Church Safety/Security Onsight Visit $300

    We will come to your Place of Worship and evaluate current protocol and make suggested recommendations to enhance the safety of all who attend your services.  Includes Security Camera location recommendations. 

    Total time: 3 hours.   

    Additional cost of $25 for anytime up to 30 minutes each


    Onsight Facility Visit $300

    We will come to your establishment and evaluate current protocol and make 

    suggested recommendations to enhance the safety and security.  

    Includes Security Camera location recommendations. 

    Total time: 3 hours.
